Minority Report is one of my favorite movies by far, and no review of mine can do it justice. The plot of the movie revolves around the idea of “pre-crime”, where criminals who show intent to commit a crime are apprehended before they are able to do so. The movie follows the story of John Anderton, head of the pre-crime division, who the pre-cogs (three genetically-altered human beings responsible for predicting future crimes) predict is going to commit murder in less than thirty-six hours. Anderton, convinced he is innocent, escapes from the police and struggles to prove that he is an innocent man. The movie concludes with Anderton finding a flaw in the pre-crime process, which ultimately leads to the abandonment of the pre-crime project altogether. The movie features excellent acting, a unique storyline and captivating plot, brilliant special effects, and plenty of action to go around. But as I said, no review of mine will do this movie the justice it deserves. So watch it for yourself. Dooo it.
